We’ve been with Edge for two years now and have been very happy with the service. A couple of times I’ve asked them to come back and they were quick to do so. Had a problem with pantry moths and they came back Several times to check and treat until they were gone.

Have had edge for over a year now and they are amazing. I went from a TON of indoor spiders, wasps, and mice at move in, to Having my home back in just a few weeks. Their pricing for service is fair and they never mind the drive to my out of the way location. I’ll keep using edge as long as I own a home!

Better pest control than any of the other companies. I find contract commitments annoying but they do a great job at a very reasonable price. I have had them come out in between at no cost. They are always responsive on the phone and quick to re-treat. Just good business.

Asked for an estimate on line and a rep was on the phone with me within minutes. They came out the same day and did their initial treatment. The technician was on time, knowledgeable, courteous and thorough. My wasp problem has decreased noticeably in just 24 hours. So far, so good.

I contacted this company because they said they used products that are not lethal to other animals. After some confusion with the contract, the company did respond. My suggestion is to clearly explain the contract at time of purchase. The business manager's response to another customer's complaint says: "we are always very thorough about the sign-up process. We go over the agreement with you, have you sign it, and send you copies of everything. There are four different sections that we go over, and each explains the servicing and scheduling." That is a total lie. No one went over the agreement, no one explained, no one sent me a copy.

They were punctual and effective. Very happy with the service and I will definitely use them again and refer to friends and family. Friendly and polite and it was no trouble at all when we had to call them out a second time. They came to spray for ants and rats, so far so good!

Mike, our service tech, listens to any concerns we may have about bugs, and handles the rest. Being very early in the season, it’s hard to tell the effect so far. But I don’t have any visible bugs, and I know if I see any, Edge is just a quick call away.

He wore booties inside my apartment and was very thorough to spray all the areas he could reach considering my house is full of boxes from having just moved in. I can tell all the spiders are moving on out as I've seen on the front porch area scrambling away.

In trying to proactively initiate my first ever treatment with Edge, I talked to 5 different people being transferred several times and also being told twice that I would have to be ‘called back because that department is busy on another call’. When someone did show up to do treatment (after I was told I would need to be available from 12-4pm for their arrival) and then that guy was only there to do mosquitoes and that someone else would be showing up later for my other bug treatment! Totally inconvenient! After a call back to headquarters we got it sorted out. It shouldn’t be this complicated when a potential customer is looking for service! Not a great first impression.

A rep from Edge came to our home and although we were considering looking for a new provider, we informed him that we were happy with the company we were with, but we'd be willing to listen to his pitch. We were impressed with the sales pitch and decided we wanted to help out this rep. We then discussed pricing...The quarterly price was $30 more than we currently paid. When asking if they would meet our old price or do one treatment for free to see if it's worth the switch, we were then told that he would not be able to meet any competitor pricing or offer us a 'free trial' or anything. Not super impressed with that modeling. Most pest control companies are very similar, so why would I spend $120 more per year for potentially the same frustrations I was currently experiencing?! Not worth it, but giving 3 stars because I did think the salesman did a good job and was very personable.

Best pest control company I have ever used. Edge not only did what they said they would, they actually did an additional service at no cost because of the situation we were facing. The technician was very nice and they called to let me know exactly what time they would be there. If you are looking for a pest control service you owe it to yourself to look into Edge.

I had a good experience with Edge Pest Control. I love the guarantee that they will come back in between services for free if there are any issues that they don't catch while there for your service call. I have noticed a significant decrease in the amount of bugs we have seen in the house and even outside, especially wasps which I didn't even realize had a couple nests outside.

Overall happy. People behind the phones.... hmmm. Sometimes kinda rude and insulting especially the last one I talked to!! Most Of the technicians are great. Had one that was ‘training ‘ another. And I was trying to show them the inside areas that needed to be treated and the trainer just kept talking like he was trying to distract me Didn’t appreciate that.

I only just had my first service them and I loved my technician, Chase. Super informative and a nice guy. However. Their sales people knocked on my door even though I have a no soliciting sign very visible on the door itself. I also just received a phone call advertising there mosquito service. I've lived in the area for years and never had a problem so when she asked when they could out me down for I declined and said I didn't need it. She then went into a very matter of fact speach about how with COVID-19 still going around that we should get their service to prevent mosquitos and the spread of the disease. I declined again, said thank you, and hung up. I am now looking for a different service because anyone who's sales script instructs them to capitalize on a pandemic and scare people into signing up for their service is rotten in my opinion. I work in the clinical provide field and am very informed. There is no proof and it highly improbable that you will get COVID-19 through mosquito bites.

Initially they were great to talk to and informative and helpful. Then I get a follow up, I never knew the time they were coming until the technician said he was less than 30 minutes away. The guy didn’t even seem to know what I had serviced. I had to tell him what areas were sprayed. Lack of professionalism.

Last week was our 3rd visit for bedbug control. The 3rd time seems to be the charm. My recliner chair that was a big problem, seems to have no bedbugs in it. Yea! I have not had any bedbugs in my bed for a few days now. I am pleased with Trey's service last week. Very professional and polite. Eager to help also.
