Reviewing Croach from Charlotte, NC. This company is a complete scam. I agreed to the 6-month contract that later became a 1 year contract without my consent. They came out and sprayed the home using some off brand product and never came back out. They continued to charge my account $50 dollars per month and force me to pay $200 to cancel on top of the additional $50 per month. Customer service was not helpful, and the account manager failed to be honored broken promises made by the door-to-door salesman. Fraud company stay around buy your own pest control from Lowes and don't deal with the stress.

I am very concerned as 2 men cane onto my property unsolicited today. My husband watched them walk down the driveway and started touching things in our yard. He opened the window as they approached the porch and asked them what they were doing. They identified themselves as employees of CROACH doing door to door sales in our area. First of all we do not live in CROACH service area, secondly in Washington State we are still on stay at home orders and should not have door to door salepeople from any company in our yard at this time. Please stop sending salespeople out into neighborhoods to go door to door it is not in the best interest of public health and safety. Also don't send them to counties you do not service, you do not service our area and it is simply reckless to ignore the current guidelines in place statewide.

I live in Denver and needed to canceled my service due to a few things, 1 not happy with your service, 2 some personal things going on I may need to move. 3 the sales person mislead and basically lied about contract terms and types of traps used!contacted the Denver business and basically as met with some of the worst customer service and even more so egotistical and self center account people I have ever dealt with, so instead of working with me, I am now being charged a $200 fee to cancel my contract early even thou I am not happy with your service let alone other things going on. I have posted a very bad review of you company on BBB and will be talking with all my neighbors about how bad of service and company you are!!!

After agreeing to a contact from the pushy sales guy we could see no results after 3 applications! Still spiders and ants. I swear they just plooped their card on the door mat "saying" they did their job. But having done the contract we saw it thru. Then on the last visit guy says this is last visit your all done. We were glad just to be done... and still saw no benefit - just chalked it up to being swindled. Then a month later knock at the door guy saying he was to spray, we told him we were done and to go away. Then received a letter demanding payment for $200 saying they will send us to collections if we don't respond in 10 days WTF... early termination of contract???? I don't think so. These guys are CROOKS... beware do NOT use them horrible!!!!
