This service does not work, I do not recommend it, it is terrible, I have had a bad experience, your liquids or products do not work, I have been doing it for three months and I still have ants, spiders, bees, insects. , I spoke to the manager Ashley and she was such a rude and despotic person with me, she gave a lousy customer service I would never recommend her services and they charge a lot of money it is a scam they want to charge me for canceling their services since they do not do their service well work and they forged my husband's signature so that we pay for a whole year

For those who’ve used Croach for pest control- have you had issues with billing department? They have charged us for extra services twice and have refused to make it right. I unfortunately want to let those who use them know that they should keep an eye out on their billing and watch for extra charges. Also if you cancel service with them, make sure not to let them on your property after the fact because they will keep charging you even if they tell you it’s a re-service (which is normally not a chargeable service) Very disappointed in their customer service 😢

This is a scam, do not use this company. They will charge your card randomly outside of the agreement. I'm addition, they were here to spray, spoke to me, only sprayed the front of the house then left a door hanger saying they couldn't access the back of the house even though I WAS HOME. Do not trust them with your credit card. We tried to resolve this directly with the company but due to unwillingness to resolve we are forced to open a complaint with the BBB.
