Stay far away. Terrible customer service. They will overcomplicate a simple task and not follow through on your order. You will have to pay them 3-4x as much as going directly to a CPA or lawyer, and you will end up having to do the work for them as they have no accountability.

I set up an account with legalzoom.com for a friend and agreed to add my credit card for potential advice needed. it was a monthly charge. recently asked them to stop tapping my credit card but they refused. I asked to talk to a manager and was told there was none. had to cancel my card and get a new one.

Bought the express package from legalzoom. Two week turnaround. Yeah, right. We are at 11 weeks and counting. They sent me the wrong corporation. They emailed me the wrong corporation. They did manage to charge me. I will fight the charges with AMEX.

I hope someone files a class action law-suite against them. If you need to file any paper work please check with your State secretary first before going through these fraudsters!

I live in Ohio. There is only one law firm, with only three lawyers, associated with LegalZoom. No choices. Each state has a similar arrangement. I should have paid closer attention to the limited options prior to joining LegalZoom. Lesson learned.

Worse customer service I have ever had to contact. First call I was transferred five times and the second time I called I was told it would take two days to email me a signed doc I had just mailed them. Their cust service seems to be a popular topic across the web. The have no concept of good customer service.
