WindowRama provides an extensive range of window styles to meet diverse design and functional needs, including the following:

• Awning windows — hinged at the top and opening outward, allowing for ventilation even during light rain
• Casement windows — featuring a side hinge, these windows swing outward to the left or right, offering full top-to-bottom ventilation; variations include single, French (double), inswing, and push-out styles
• Single hung windows — consist of a fixed top sash and a movable bottom sash that slides vertically
• Double hung windows — both top and bottom sashes are operable, allowing for versatile ventilation options
• Gliding (sliding) windows — open horizontally with one sash sliding past the other, ideal for spaces where swinging windows are impractical

WindowRama In-House Installations

​WindowRama ensures a seamless window installation experience by employing a team of certified professionals who manage the process from start to finish. Once your selected windows arrive, a Project Coordinator contacts you to schedule a convenient installation date. During installation, WindowRama’s skilled professionals handle the work, and a Project Manager visits your home to inspect and finalize the project, ensuring all work meets the company’s high standards.

By not outsourcing installations, WindowRama maintains strict quality control and ensures adherence to local building codes and regulations. Certified WindowRama contractors have undergone rigorous training, demonstrating proficiency in window and door installations. This expertise minimizes the risk of costly mistakes and ensures optimal performance and longevity of your windows.

Additionally, employing in-house installers allows WindowRama to provide consistent customer service and streamlined communication throughout the project. This approach enhances accountability and provides homeowners with peace of mind, knowing that experienced professionals are handling their window installations.

RamaCare Extended Warranty Program

​RamaCare is WindowRama's exclusive extended warranty program designed to enhance the standard coverage provided by Andersen Windows & Doors. While Andersen offers a 20-year warranty on glass and a 10-year warranty on parts, these warranties do not include labor costs, which can be as high as $500 per service call. With RamaCare, customers eliminate these labor expenses — if Andersen approves a warranty claim, WindowRama will handle the labor for replacing covered glass and parts at no additional charge.

In addition to covering labor costs, RamaCare offers complimentary annual inspections by WindowRama experts for the first 10 years, ensuring that your windows and doors remain in optimal condition. As the tri-state area's largest independent retailer of Andersen products, WindowRama's specialists provide expert service to protect your home and investment.

WindowRama Financing Options

​WindowRama offers flexible financing options to help customers manage the costs of their window and door projects. Partnering with GreenSky® and Paradigm Finance, WindowRama provides a variety of payment plans tailored to different budgets and preferences. 

GreenSky Loan Program

For product-only purchases, WindowRama collaborates with GreenSky® to offer the following payment plans — the following plans all feature credit limits up to $55,000, no prepayment penalties, and a quick application process:

• Plan #2602 — 6 months deferred interest with minimum payments
• Plan #2740 — 9.99% APR for 120 months, with estimated monthly payments of $66 for a $5,000 project

For installation projects, additional GreenSky® plans include the following — these plans offer credit limits up to $100,000 and share the same customer-friendly terms:

• Plan #3521 — 12 months deferred interest with no payments
• Plan #3740 — 9.99% APR for 120 months, with similar payment estimates as outlined in Plan #2740 (product-only purchase)

Paradigm Finance

In partnership with Paradigm Finance, WindowRama provides the following financing terms:

• 5.99% APR for 60 months
• 11.99% APR for 144 months
• No interest/no payments for 24 months (interest is billed but waived if paid in full within the promotional period)

Paradigm Financing plans allow financing up to $55,000, with a simple application process and no early payment penalties.

In addition to the two financing options listed above, WindowRama occasionally provides special promotions that can help you save more upfront on your new window installation project. It’s important to note that WindowRama financing promotions are subject to terms and conditions, so it's advisable to consult with a WindowRama representative for current availability.

Free Window Consultations

If you’re interested in WindowRama’s window products and installation services, you can request a free consultation on the company’s website. You’ll be required to fill out an online application form, providing some contact information and details about your project. After submitting this information, you’ll be contacted by a WindowRama representative to schedule your free consultation, during which you will receive a realistic cost estimate for your installation.

WindowRama currently only serves customers in the Northeast, including the following three states:

• Connecticut
• New Jersey
• New York

WindowRama has 25+ showroom locations across the three states listed above, providing customers with greater opportunities and flexibility in viewing products and speaking with company representatives. However, if you don’t reside in the states listed above, WindowRama’s window products and services may not be available to you.

Inventory Availability

​WindowRama maintains a substantial inventory of windows and doors, particularly featuring Andersen's 400 and 200 Series, stocked at their Edgewood, NY distribution center for prompt pickup or delivery. This extensive in-stock selection enables installations to be completed in as few as 14 days when choosing from these readily available products.

However, not all products may be immediately available. If a specific item is out of stock, WindowRama offers some of the following personalized solutions:

• Custom orders — WindowRama can place special orders for products not currently in its inventory, ensuring you receive the exact windows or doors tailored to your requirements.​
• Expert consultation — The WindowRama team is available to recommend comparable in-stock alternatives that align with your project's specifications and aesthetic preferences.
