Where do i start? your tech showed up un prepared, made a mess and didnt clean. door will lock now just not unlock. tech used putty knife to pry up unit in door causing it to fail. so my customer has an expensive door on the lake that has now failed glass and a non working lock. to say my customer is not happy would be a gross understatement. his opinion of milgard quality and service is that they are terrible. i sell milgard and sell them as an upper end window, my confidence in your product is pretty low also.

I own almost 100 Milgard windows (original owner). I am yet again trying to get warranty work done. This is the 4th time a batch of windows have lost their seal and I have to look through cloudy glass waiting for someone to call! I own other houses with much cheaper brands of windows and never have this problem. I called Milgard to check on my case and they didn't know when they could get to it...so frustrating!
