The last time we used U-Haul was awful they did not inspect the vehicle before we took it off their lot. It had a faulty battery we got stuck dead battery 3 different times after they came and jumped it. Not good customer service wasn't worried about us at all. Smh

I have had to use U-Haul a few times when I did not have access to a truck for moving purposes. It is really easy to rent one and drop the truck off at the nearest location to you. I will definately use them in the future if necessary.

Their equipment has never failed me. I've mainly rented trailers. They're built rock solid and tow straight. The problem is their reservation procedure takes forever, even when you reserve and check in online, when you show up to get your trailer its like going through the whole process a second time. Customer service in store is so slow. They need floor employees to assist people in line with other things while the people filling out reservation documents stand at the counter

I love this company I've had nothing but great experience no matter what U-Haul center I go to. Their customer service is always excellent. We rent the pick up trucks and 22" trucks and they are always is good working condition. Super happy with the value and customer service as well as the selections of trucks.

UHaul no offers the option to hire movers. We moved from South Carolina to North Carolina and had movers on both ends. They were very nice and easy to work with. Just locals doing some work, even the price was reasonable. Would highly recommend if you need assistance to use them.

Rented a truck to move furniture a from Raleigh area to NC Outer Banks. We had to extend my rental return time a couple and we weren't charged at all. The overall rate was very good and the both agents (pickup & return) were very friendly, and provided great service! Would definitely rent from them again!

U-Haul's U-Box is the least expensive way to move weather you pull the trailer or have them deliver to your next home. I used them twice moving from Texas to Montana then back to Texas from Montana in 2014 and 2019 respectively.

When I was moving to my college dorm, I used a U-Haul rental to move all my stuff and it was a great decision. Their prices are affordable and it is they have more than one size of truck so you can choose what you need. The truck was clean and I had no issues picking it up or returning it.

Over the years U-Haul has remained by go to company for anything having to do with renting moving trucks or trailers. I have tried other lower cost companies, but after some not so good experiences, have always come back to U-Haul. They offer good products at reasonable prices, and really make it easy to rent and return equipment.

I only used Uhaul three times. I didn't have any problems driving them. I really like that they have locations all over the world so where ever you move to you just drop the uhaul there and the company takes over. I never had to drive it back to where I picked it up at, (which I really like that ). Great expeirence each time i driven one.

I have use the their big moving trucks and I love that they give you a dolly, blankets, etc. But, the daily use rentals of their pickup trucks are so nice too. Super cheap for you to get a truck to do your household chores!

Uhaul is always been a good company, my family and I have used them most my live… that being said, fall of 2018 I fill out their online questionnaire to rent a truck. So their Account Questionnaire thing is hacked , because Then an hour later I got a message from a different moving company.. Movingforward LLC , John J C , that had all my moving information and would move me for half the price because they were already going to take a load there. Had me pay him to an account in another country., I think the Canines Islands Well after they got my stuff in truck , they tripled the price., I said I couldn’t pay it so he stole my stuff, just drove off with it. I wasn’t the only person he has done this to… I wrote an email to uhaul and never heard back.

I've used U-Haul 6 times for moving purposes in my life. I have found them to be very fair and economical with a good variety of truck rental types and sizes. On the plus side their daily rates are very good, however there is a substantial charge for mile if you go a lot of miles in your move. In addition to customer service is pretty much been just average. Overall it's a good choice if you need to move and are willing to pack it up and put it in a truck and unpack it when you get to the new place. I would say the most important thing to remember is to estimate all of the cost from the daily rental, the number of days, the amount of miles and the fuel that you need to put into the vehicle which also must be returned at the same rate. If you do your homework you'll get a fair deal.

Renting a U-Haul to move into a new apartment was easy. It was easy to attach to my dad's truck and it was big enough to fit all of mine and my twin sister's items. I will always prefer U-Haul over other moving company trucks. It was not very expensive. The only annoying thing is sometimes U-Haul makes you bring it back to a specific location, rather than being able to drop it off at any U-Haul location.

I have never paid for a U-Haul personally so I cannot speak on the price, but when helping other people move with the company it is always a convenient service. They allow you to drive the car yourself as long as you pick it up and drop it off in time and provide moving pads to protect furniture that you move. I wouldn't recommend it if you have expensive furniture unless you have moving experience with that type of stuff.

Make sure you keep your own U-Haul records near Boulder, CO! With three children in college away from home, you can't ask for any better idea than to supply a temporary storage option for their ever changing living situation! From apartment or dorms, you can count on U-Haul to supply you with a box that you may pack, store, and later unpack. The unfortunate part of this service (which we have counted on twice) is that the organization is quite weak in accountability, organization, and service. Our boxes have been lost two times with no record of box number or location of storage. Each time, causing great delay and burden with extremely poor customer service. In a different location (Fort Collins), we rented a truck to move our daughter. Each step of the process went perfectly: convenience, organization, service... excellent!

We used U-Haul when we moved to a new house. Because the move was close we rented a 15 foot truck and did multiple runs. The truck worked well but smelled like someone had smoked in it. The rental process was not bad but I wished that they would have thrown in some of the moving blankets for free. All-in-all it is a good service and very convenient. I would recommend using them again.

I rented a trailer from UHAUL last summer. I found the staff at the pickup location knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and fair. The trailer was older, but in good shape, clean, and functional. The online instructions were also helpful in guiding me through getting my hitch and light wiring setup on my vehicle. My only complaint was the drop off location forgot to process my return and I had to call the 800 number to clear it up.
