I recommend Port City Movers to anyone looking for an outstanding crew with reasonable prices. Joshua came and did a quick estimate. From start to finish Jordan, Garrett, and Jwayne worked incredibly hard and stayed diligent throughout the entire process. They wrapped all of our belongings so they did not get damaged during transport. We were especially impressed that they managed to move our heavy smith machine weight rack without any issues. They stayed professional, careful, and efficient the whole time. Moving can be stressful, but they made the experience smooth and worry-free. I highly recommend Port City Movers to anyone looking for reliable, hardworking movers. We couldn’t be happier with their service!

Team did awesome! Zack, Brenden, and Wayne all did great. Very friendly, and took care of all our stuff. Team had good communication, and worked at a steady pace. They all smiled and kept a great attitude throughout the process. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs to move. We moved from a 3 bedroom home to a 4 bedroom home and it was all done in a timely fashion with nothing damaged.

The two gentlemen that came to assist us in our move were absolutely amazing. Professional, kind, and very accommodating to our move in needs. We used Port City Movers to unload the 3 PODS we had shipped across the country. We moved into a two story house, and their team did a great job managing the stairs and also the current condition of our brand new build home. We have used many movers in the past, and Port City was hands down the best we have ever used. 10/10

We moved to the Pines at Davidson two weeks ago. These movers were a recommended vendor by The Pines. They arrived on time and worked quickly. They brought their own tools to disassemble items needing that. Upon delivery, items were reassembled. Furniture was protected by quilted pads. They worked with enthusiasm and pleasant attitudes. Highly recommend

Thank you to Port City Movers Company for being a top notch professional company in helping to move my entire household into their climate controlled storage. Needing to store my entire household for over a year was very unsettling for me. Both Kim and Samuel stood by me through the entire moving process and well after to answer all my questions and address all my concerns. Never one time did either become impatient or dismissive. They were professional, friendly, efficient and made a move that could’ve been horrific actually and enjoyable experience. I cannot recommend them highly enough and will always refer anyone who might be moving to Port City Movers. From start to finish Sam giving the estimate and the guys are leaving me in my new home. Great experience and love the indoor/heated and cooled storage. I don't get dust, dirt, bugs, etc all over my stuff. It's good clean storage all the time. I do keep a flashlight around becasue the lighting doesn't get all the way to the back of a 30' unit. Also had a great experience with the movers if you need one, they did an excellent job working smart, hard, and timely.

Port City Movers is a full service moving company that took care of my needs during a recent renovation. They packed my furniture using many furniture pads and plastic wrap to protect it during transport and storage. They stored in a climate controlled facility and my furniture came back in the same shape as before. The process was simple and only took one upfront call to acquire both the moving and storage services. All employees of Port City Movers were very professional and careful. They are courteous and helpful and work hard to satisfy your needs. Some of our moves were more complex as they required things leaving storage and others going into storage. Not only was their bid lower than a competitor but they used a dedicated truck and driver just for us AND they worked with our specific scheduling needs for loading in LA and unloading in NC. We would 100% use them again and absolutely recommend them as reputable movers who kept their word regarding cost and schedule. What I had anticipated as being a stressful moving process simply wasn’t- it could not have gone more smoothly!

We had a very smooth, moving experience with Port City movers., From beginning to end; from the time, sales person came out to give us our estimate the end of all the boxes being put in our apartment. We had three movers. They were very pleasant. They even moved a big hair off of our wall to put in the garage and a big desk at our office to the garage for someone else to pick up. I never heard one grumble from them and they worked constantly and never stopped till they were finished. I would highly recommend Port City

Port City Movers did an excellent job of moving me from Mooresville to Hickory. I moved a number of times over my work career and without a doubt, Port City was by far the best I have used. They showed up on time, got right to work and were extremely efficient and careful in both the loading and unloading processes.
