Never having used a moving company before I didn’t know what to expect. That would be our first meeting was with Erik. I was very impressed by his professionalism, thoroughness and complete description of exactly how moving day would go. Then I interviewed two other companies. There was no comparison at all! Also, Master Movers estimate was considerably lower than the other two, who were within five dollars of each other. When moving day arrived, I received a phone call, letting me know the exact arrival time. The three gentlemen started working immediately upon arrival and worked steady for three hours until we were ready to move to the new location, which was only about five minutes away. Once we arrived there, they immediately started moving everything into the apartment placed everything exactly where I wanted it and they were there approximately another three hours finishing the move. I couldn’t be more pleased with Master Movers and I highly recommend them to anybody looking to make a move.

we had a big move. Two houses moving into one house. And it was a pretty far distance move. They were very very efficient went to the first house got everything. The second house was much harder. We have moved with Master Movers twice - one large move (4 man crew) and a smaller move (two man crew). Both moves went exceedingly well. We were kept informed of the crews arrivals, the arrivals were on time, and both times the crews worked efficiently. The men didn't hesitate to ask questions to clarify, and they were friendly and accommodating. We were given the opportunity to "walk-thru" at the end, and also to make any last minute changes. The actual prices of the move came in below the estimates on both moves, which was also good news. We would not hesitate to use them again.

I thought Denys and company did a great job with the moving. The area they came short on was assembling my bed. Only a few of the nails were used instead of all of them. When I tried to contact Erik about it he went silent and never reached out to me afterwards. I’ve used movers before and if there’s an issue discovered afterwards - they always tried to rectify it. I was very pleased with Master Movers in 2016 and again in 2024. Transporting heavy furniture as well as fragile antiques can be problematic especially when winding stairways, and small elevators are involved.
