PeFed Credit Union has been my mortgage servicer now for one year after I refinanced from a traditional mortgage to a HELOC. The loan process was easy enough and the subsequent servicing has been a breeze. Between the online tools and regular mailed statements, I know where my account stands. I would highly recommend them.
