I was worried when Nationstar took over servicing my mortgage. I've been pleasantly surprised. Customer service has been great. Billing is as automated as you would want it to be. Tax reporting is excellent.

Nationstar Mortgage also known as Mr Cooper were really helpful in getting the best mortgage. You can speak to staff in online who are helpful and knowledgable. The loan came through quickly. Their app is excellent and there is no fee for online payments. I'd highly recommend. They were there every step of the way and extremely helpful in finding the best loan.
