Take it from this 20 year Army veteran. Fairway Independent Mortgage is a company of integrity and honor. They care about people! I had an issue with a Fairway Independent Mortgage Branch that wound up costing my family and I a home, to include costs associated with the purchase of the home due to unforeseen circumstances. The corporate headquarters reached out to me with empathy more than compensated my family for the costs. This corporation has been more than generous and again truthful in everyway! This company cares about people and will acknowledge you as a human rather than a number with a document folder.

They worked with us on 2 of our home purchases. They were patient and professional. They also helped us every step of the way in getting all the stuff we needed. They really genuinely wanted us to find the right home for the right price; one that we could actually afford.

Service was good from agent. The problem comes when they sell to a servicing company and you loose control and contact. There were no problems in closing the loan. Again, the servicing is terrible but they sold to a very large company that has very poor customer service.
