My mortgage was immediately given to TMS after I closed on my refinance. It is always a little complicated at first to get set up, but once I found the right representative to help, the customer service was competent, and everything got resolved in a timely fashion.
Their website is easy to navigate, and the phone wait times aren't too bad either.
