Ken

They have severla areas to improve on. One is to communicate better in areas where there may be questions by the customer. Soemtimes it was very hard to understand the person on the other libe when calling customer service. They do work well on loan modifications and try to reaolve any issues that may come up but the manager may not always be available and a an appointment is recommended.
