I love Citizen One Bank! Their customer service is fast and efficient! I first heard of them when I started purchasing my iPhones at the Apple store every 12 months through their apple iPhone upgrade programs. Then I saw their credit and superb mortgage offers. They offer big bank services and products but small bank and credit union like rates compared to others in the mortgage game. Easy application prices and none of the extra big corporate bank fees entailed with a mortgage. Like banking with your neighbor- friendly processes!

Citizens One had been the most professional company since I purchased my home. The customer service is always quick and easy and the agents are very knowledgeable in assisting me with all my needs. I have never been disappointed nor dissatisfied with the services of Citizens one I highly recommend this company!!!
