Daniel caine Port Orchard, WA

applied for a loan, and they set up ACH for me to take money out of my account with Chase, transfer it to my checking account with BECU. My line of credit was not at a zero balance because it was set up for overdraft protection (something I was unaware of until 1 year into my payments, which were all paid in full) so $250 was transferred to my BECU checking from Chase which was enough for my personal loan payment, which was $245. They would then take $25 of that money and pay the line of credit which would then leave an amount of $225 in my BECU checking for my payment which was $245 and now they would dip into my line of credit again to cover the difference. Long story short this cycle had a compound effect and I’ve paid in full my payments to this date (which I can prove) and my line of credit is sitting with an outstanding balance WTF! The customer service reps are some of the rudest I’ve encountered so far and I’m looking into getting a finance lawyer to expose this error that is being overlooked on purpose. Overall experience I would give ZERO stars and recommend nobody do business with them and avoid at all costs

Attempted getting a mortgage from BECU because that's where my employer banks but was turned down very rudely in minutes
