The company was recommended by a company I have done business with for years so I thought great, I've been looking for online billing. The Website is good and pretty easy to follow. The invoices look good and are easy to read. 1. I wish the system was more intuitive. Customers who fall behind on weekly billing cannot make a lump sum payments and have it applied to past due amount. The system doesn't understand this concept so I have to go in and manually spread the payment. 2. You input your own account information so everything should be correct right? Why are the payments still going into the wrong account. They refuse to believe the problem could be on their end. I've never had a problem with my bank putting a payment in the wrong account andI have been with them for 15 years. 3. Customer service if you can call it that . You have to online chat for almost every question, most of the time they don't handle what I am asking about. If you do get a person you have to ask the online person because the phone person doesnt handle that. Which is what led me to this site, looking for a better service company.
