We were working with them for couple months and we had processed many transactions with them but we had several charge backs that are completely normal for an online business. we gave them enough evidence and proofs and they accepted those documents and initiated chargeback reversal processes but unfortunately the customer filed chargeback again with the same everything but this time they did not accept our evidences eventhough we even filed more evidences this time!!! If our documents were true and enough and they were approved first time, they should have been approved for the second time also!!!

Crooks. I was told that my leases would be reassigned once I sold my business. It's been 4 months since it has sold and I'm still getting charged monthly for my POS machines. They don't return left messages or text messages.
