Finical provides excellent customer service to Finical clients. As a new client, you get a free card reader and terminal. This equipment can be set up very quickly and a company representative will walk you through the entire process. 

You can also set up your payment account in minutes. You can set up your account to pay transaction fees monthly, or you can set it up to pull a percentage of the fees out of every transaction settlement you process as you go.

Every swipe is encrypted by Finical and every transaction order is monitored, so you can have the peace of mind that your information and your customers' information is secure and protected from fraud.

The company claims to have low processing charges and especially low costs per transaction for Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. However, these charges are not listed on the corporate website so you must contact the sales team to get this information and compare with other companies.

Be aware that the merchant account that you open with Finical can only be used by you. So if you sell your business, you must contact the company to close your account and open a new account for the new owner of the business.
