Mostafa Hnadi Pittsburgh, PA

I had a terrible experience with this company. They just stole my money. In the beginning everyone was nice, but after I saw my statement and call to find out about all the charges they were mean and useless. The sale representative the one who singed me up (Lloyd P) appeared either a lier (however he seemed nice) or he didn't know what he was talking about. Anyhow he couldn't help me at all and just offered to close my account, which i did, and still lost my money. When he came to my shop he offered a very good deal. Very low rate, just I had to pay $12 a month service fee and 5c per transaction and closing batch. I asked him few times about PCI Compliance. He assured me it's $0. Asked about any other fees , like Mastercard network fee of visa network fee or so on, he said no. No other fees. Repeated few times. We were using Square at that time, so I trusted him. How i was surprised, upset and disappointed when I saw my monthly statement. Another thing I have to mention I didn't receive my statement not after my first month, not after the second. Then i got really concern and called Lloyd. He said that they do it paperless and I can view it online. They failed to send me a welcoming e-mail with my login and password. Somebody misspelled my e-mail address when putting info in the computer... Have to mention I was using a mobile card reader with them. I received it, but there was no instructions how to use it, what App to download. I'm a Small Business owner and my hands are full. I received a call from them on May 17. That when I activated the Card Reader, but they still charged me full $12 for the first month... On may 17 I talked to technical support and asked if i'm going be charged $12 for this month, they said they will be happy to refund me these money, but they need to make sure if they will go from my account first. So I should call them after i receive my statement. After viewing my statements and talking to Lloyd (He assured me that the PCI Complacence was charged by mistake) I talked to few people in customer support none of them could help and they put me in a total frustration. They said somebody will contact me within 48 hours. Next day I called again and finally got hold of the manager. She offered to refund me $30 ($6 PCI Compliance for 3 month and $12 service fee for the first month) as a statement credit, if i keep going with them! After the frustration I had the day before there was no way i could keep going. So i just closed my account... I believe that this $30 they stole from me + all the stress i had ( the people there were really mean) + i had this conversation during my business hours while having people in my shop... Just want everyone be aware of my experience and learn from it. It's better not to deal with this company it doesn't matter how nice they seem at the beginning. Their sales representatives don't know anything and their company doesn't care about you. :(
