But even better was the amazing, professional and unrelenting assistance I got from Janay F. to resolve a billing discrepancy from my doctor’s office for a shingle shot. She was an excellent example of their promise to assist seniors even after plan enrollment. I know I got a fair resolution primarily because of her efforts to help me. We were overwhelmed with information once we reached retirement age. It became all but impossible to decipher which information was applicable to us and which we actually needed and did not need. But, BoomerBenefits (Leah R) was able to explain everything to us in a way that we were able to understand. She was patient as we asked questions and never seemed to mind the number of questions or how many times we asked them. In the end we feel that we have a plan that is specifically catered to our needs and that we have an advocate that we can depend upon to assist us if needed, in the future.
