The only time I've used their customer support was when we set it up. They were great with helping us test our devices. One thing I don't like is that the device I use outside is rather large, and I wish I could adjust it on my neck to fit me and not annoy me while I'm working in the yard.

Fortunately I haven't had to use this device, but one day I made the mistake of pushing the button and they were very responsive. They answer after 3-4 rings. I see nothing wrong with the equipment.

We call in to make sure it's activated, it works each month and they're there every time we do it. They do everything they promise, and they even send you a text if the battery gets low if you forgot to charge it.

The person I spoke with on the phone was very nice and knowledgeable. My mother has set off several false alarms, but they've been very good about it. It would be better if it were more difficult to set off false alarms.

When I try to test my watch and necklace they both work, but when I test my main button it took almost a minute for me to get a response. Luckily, when my roommate had a heart attack I pressed the button and we got a response.

I did a comparison and I thought this would be very good. I think it's very comfortable to have to carry the device with the base or your necklace. It can get very hot and it makes me a bit sweaty. I also notice it takes a bit of time for them to answer.

Well the reviews on the internet showed it to be the best. I've used it at night and in cases where I might fall. I typically don't wear it through out the day. The device itself is pretty simple to use and it's very effective. They replace it at no cost with another device if it has anything faulty.

I've never used Medical Guardian, but I do carry it around with me in case of an emergency. I always get prompt response and they're very polite. They ask the right questions even though I'm only testing it. I've tested it about once every two to three months. I like the unit where I can carry it with instead of having it in parts.

They had better coverage in and out of the house. It's for my mother and she hasn't used it. We did a test call and it did take a bit of time for an operator to contact us. Something could've happened in that time. I'm seriously thinking of looking for something else. My mother isn't comfortable with it anymore. I've very disappointed that last time it took almost 5 minutes to get an operator.

Representatives gave me a great price deal. Fortunately I've never had to use it. If my device gets low battery they go ahead and give me a low battery signal so it doesn't turn off. They're looking out for me. Though sometimes it definitely does take longer than a minute to get someone on.

I got it because I could have it without needing a landline. I've only punched my button to check the thing around my neck. It doesn't seem to be necessary and if I forget they won't contact me like the other company I used to have. I try to make sure to do it every month though. The only complain that I have is that, compared to the other company I had, they take a long time to answer. Maybe they don't have as many representatives or something.
