Ordered for my mom and the product was to sensitive to motion so when we cancelled item.they wouldnt refund my moms 3 months that she paid for.we only had it activated for 20 minutes.what a rip off!!!!

Just do not understanding billing as first billing was 384.45, I called was told that 134.85 is corrected amount for 3 months and a credit would be issued, looked a card on-line and 279.60 was billed. Really this is crazy!
