They were as good as any other program out there, so I got it. Their billing is atrocious though. They charged me on a card when I had told them to use a different one. They're not very customer oriented.

It was the right alert device for me; it's very good. I think it's great, and I haven't had any problems. The one time I hit the button accidentally, they were right there to ask me what was wrong.
