We are on our third device in a month. The first two only held power for around 7 hours. If put on at 7 in morning that means no power in middle afternoon when we need the service the most. Troubleshooting found no problem in device or delivery. Then what is wrong with the device?

This did not detect my wife's fall so there was no response from them. Instead I found her on the floor and she passed away. i know that there was no guarantee that their summoning 911 support as I was paying them to do would have saved her life, but she would have at least had a chance! Thanks for nothing!

Have made four phone calls talking with four different persons trying to find out why their system does not have strong enough signal to keep the program I am paying for up to date on my mothers location to my phone. Just seem to be getting a verbal runaround and not a concrete answer. Seems their system is not what they advertise at all !

Was told by GreatCall customer service that I was able to cancel my service during a long stay oversea. No with no explanation, they are billing me for what!!! When riding them letter they do not answer the worst is that they advertise inside theAARP magazine. Do NOT go with this alert company you will certainly regret it.

I have had this for a little over a year and am not very happy. It goes off when I am sitting quietly in church. "Fall detected" !!! Everyone is looking around. Then, when I dropped it, nothing! I am not impressed. I told my son to cancel it.

Mother got a defective device that wouldn't charge. She had to send it back. They did not include a new charger when they replaced the device. She had to pay for it. After several days it didn't work either. This seems to be a very inferior product. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Have yet to recieve a bill.....just a shut off notice......Ask three time for a bank withdrawl slip...finally had one emailed me......got my husband one... THINK I WILL GET ME A STRAIGHT TALK. People Polite,,, rest stinks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The powering on command will trigger the phone to search for the wireless network and refresh the internal components. This may take a few seconds to be fully completed.

Flip phones caller ID don't work properly, they know it, and they don't care. No refund, no discount, you can return but the $45 activation fee, which is ridiculous, is lost. They know this and let you buy the phone anyway.

Rated lowest score possible. We have cencelled over and over and they keep billing my elderly mother with past due statememts. Enough is enough. Don't ever use this company.

I’m disappointed in the fetching current location feature. Most of the time it isn’t able to locate my mother when I refresh the current location of her GreatCall Lively.

OI just found out that the company I have trusted all these years is not at the phone if you call at any "inconvenient" time such as 8:15 pm. How can we trust this? I thought it was 24 hour phone coverage.

Probably the worst panic button and service I have ever used. It never worked and the few times it did work we got a busy signal. I could go on and on about it's failings, but be warned it's a very poor product

Unit died after a few weeks when my friend had heart attack was not working. Company said they had a battery charger problem and was sending both of us new chargers. My quit after two weeks. Not a good product. No rebate.

Great Call device is not technically ready for release. My mother was sent five units over a period of 6 weeks and each one stop working within 1-4 days. When she fell and did need to use it, there was no response.

fail to work sometime in the first year when we found out it didnt work it was outside the 1year warranty so buy a new one or go without unless you test it every day how do you know it working

You recommended that potential customers track their present usage; well, I certainly did that and the plan I selected far exceeded my average usage in EVERY category. In five years with a very well known company, my wife AND I had never used more than 27 MB of data in any month (billing period). With Great Call and in a mere ten days, I had used 113 MB of data and my wife and used 52 MB. I HAD to immediately call and upgrade my data to 200 MB. It was at that moment that I realized that I could still return the phones whence they came.. And, I did! They screw with old people on DATA!

1 month before my warranity was up my device would only hold a charge for 2-3 hrs. this went on for 2 wks. i told them this when i finially called them and they said i had to keep testing it for another 4 more days and to call them back if it still didnt work. so i did. 2 wks later, got new device , different from the 1st device, with no instruction book or clip. took another 2 weeks and still no ins. book. they also told me my warranty on the new one only lasted for one month, it ended when the 1st device ended since it was a replacement for the 1st one and under the same warranty.
