We bought our current bed from Mattress Warehouse and it was a tempur-pedic bed and while we got a good deal on it, the bed has lasted 6 years... Both my husband and I have bad back pains when we sleep and it's just awful. When you go back into the store, the sales rep just always rub us the wrong way and are so pushy and kind of shady. We just finally ordered a Casper and we are so excited to try it!

The customer service at the one I went to was not up to par. They not only didn’t try to help and only wanted the sale. The ones I saw and tried was not comfortable.
