Mattress Warehouse

They did great replacing the mattress we had which sagged over 2 inches in just three years. However, the mattress they recommended we tried in the store and seemed ok. Once home it was so hard I would up crying in the middle of the night from so much pain. I contacted them the next morning and they said they would send it to corporate office for review. I have since tried to contact them and no one will respond. The gimmicks they use to make you purchase their mattress are a hoax but to stick us with something so unusable and not allow us to pick something softer is horrible. To pay that much for a mattress to begin with you should be able to sleep on it. I highly recommend NOT USING this store. Go somewhere they care and will work with the customer.
