Saatva has been selling mattresses since 2010. Today, Saatva is comprised of 19 factories throughout America, fabricating its patented products, as well as 135 fulfillment centers that deliver its mattresses. With its team of professional online representatives, Saatva is able to bring its environmentally friendly brand to consumers across all 50 states.
The Saatva Classic mattress is a luxury hybrid mattress with two layers of coils. While the average queen size mattress has 700 coils, Saatva’s has 1,300. These include individually wrapped and hourglass hand-tied steel coils. The model also features foam encased edge support and the option for a Euro pillow top.
Prices range from $799–$1,499, with three comfort options:
All three are luxury hybrid mattresses, meaning that they combine foam with an innerspring support system.
After you decide which comfort level you want, you can also choose between the 11.5 inch model and the 14.5 inch model, if you like a higher profile mattress.
In addition to the Classic, Saatva also makes several different mattress lines. Here is a quick breakdown of the different options:
Saatva mattresses are available in all of the traditional sizes: Twin, Twin Xl, Full, Queen, King, and California King. A mattress foundation and adjustable base are also available

The Saatva company has a focus on environmentally friendly mattress materials and the company has been recognized for its commitment to sustainability. Its mattresses have an organic cotton cover, its pillow-top foam is CertiPUR-US certified, and innerspring mattresses use recycled steel rod coils.
On top of that, the Saatva Classic uses a natural thistle barrier as flame retardant. This is a fiber mesh made from wood pulp and polyester. It makes your mattress flame retardant without sprayed chemicals.
While the mattress isn't 100 percent organic, the company takes steps to use eco-friendly materials. For example, its foams use at least 30 percent corn or soy oil, Visco memory foam, and kevlar thread. The mattress cover is also treated with Guardin, a botanical antimicrobial product.
The Saatva Classic is endorsed by the Congress of Chiropractic States Associations. These beds have reinforced lumbar support in the middle third of the bed that is twofold. It uses both active wire support and high-quality memory foam for your lower back.
On top of that, the dual support coil system is designed to help people with back problems.
With Saatva, shoppers get free white glove delivery and mattress removal. Many other mattress companies offer free delivery, but most of the time, this equates to bed-in-a box, ground shipping delivery, where you have to carry a large, heavy box into your home from the porch.
White Glove means that there is a real delivery team that carries your mattress into your home during a scheduled appointment window. They also offer free setup and old mattress removal, if you wish.
Saatva mattress company wants to make every customer's shopping experience as pleasant as possible, and that includes offering a variety of payment and financing options to suit their specific needs.
Saatva offers one of the best APR financing options in the industry at 19.99 percent.
Saatva has a great mattress return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return the product within 180 days. This gives a customer the time to really know if you like the mattress or not.
If you choose to return your mattress, Saatva will pick it up and issue you a refund (less $99 transportation cost). This type of policy always helps when you are buying a mattress online. You want to make sure that you can get a good night's sleep, without wasting hundreds of dollars.
Saatva offers market-competitive warranty coverage. When you purchase a mattress from Saatva, you are guaranteed a 15-year warranty coverage, whereas other mattress providers only offer a manufacturer's warranty for the products you purchase from them.
Saatva aims to be the best online luxury mattress company. It offers advanced comfort levels on all of its mattresses. For example, a customer can choose from the following options on the original Saatva luxury mattress:
This type of personalization isn't commonly offered by direct to consumer online mattress retailers.
We love that Saatva offers awesome in-home delivery for free. What customers should be aware of is that this level of service causes a full refund to be out of the question. Even with the 180-day sleep trial, you can get a full refund, less $99 for transportation costs.
This means that it isn't a risk-free trial. This fee covers delivery and pickup gas plus labor costs.
I bought 8 Saatva mattresses for my new house and we’ve been using them so far for 2 years. So far we are happy with them. They are very comfortable and feel like it was worth the price. No regrets.
Every Saatva mattress I’ve slept on has been a dream. Their mattresses are some of the best in the industry and are also affordable. Can’t go wrong!
We’ve had a Saatva mattress for 4.5 years. We have really enjoyed in. Customer service is great. And for the money, the product is phenomenal!
I researched mattresses and adjustable beds for months before purchasing. I settled on the Saatva classic mattress split king luxury firm with lineal adjustable base and I could not be happier. This is the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on. My husband (and kid's) agree!
Overall, very happy with the Saatva mattress. Minus one star as the mattress developed minor but noticeable impressions after a few months of sleep (which may be typical). Customer service was non-apologetic.
We bought 2 mattresses for our Airbnb, and every single guest comments on how comfortable they are. Can’t recommend highly enough!
Hands down the best mattress ive ever had. Incredibly comfortable.
We purchased the Solaire mattress by Saatva. Overall a decent mattress. It's not overly hard like most mattress that we've slept on in the past. It's got a nice comfortable pillow top that stays comfortable till the edge. I know we have two other mattresses that if you get to the edge, you fall off. Not the case with this. We've slept on it now for 6 months and still feels as good as the day we purchased it. Positive: 6 months in, still the same mattress. No dips. Love the split at the top but not throughout the mattress. Like that we can each choose the softness of the bed. Wife loves it soft, I like it a little more firm. Negatives: Little bouncy. You can feel your spouse rolling over, not a ton but still can feel. Sheets aren't designed for the split, so when you incline the bed it will start to pull off the sheets! lol, you get used to knowing when to stop. We have a different split king and it has separate sheets but not as comfortable.
Great customer service, easy to understand and quality product.
I was skeptical of buying a mattress online but with doing some research, I concluded Saatva being the best fit. Glad I did my homework because Saatva's classic mattress has been a night and day difference. Sleeping like a baby! Would highly recommend!
I have owned the Saatva Classic Innerspring King mattress for over 4 years. Its by far the best mattress I have ever owned, at a very fair and affordable price. The free white glove delivery service is also an incredible part of the offer.
Saatva mattresses provide comfort you’ve never felt before for a low, affordable price.

I don't mind paying premium price for premium products, but this is not that. 2 years in mattress has gullies where we sleep while middle of it seems intact. Company rep said "someone should sleep in the middle." They'll take it back and refill pillow top, but it'll be the same stuff and will do the same thing.
We love them. They are comfortably firm and there is no impact on getting in and out of bed and moving the mattress .
Comfort and durability are incredible. The delivery process was awesome
