The Customer Service is good, and, the process is easy and quick as far as funding.
The interest rate is too high, and, takes too much of one’s monthly income yo repay the loan.

Transparency is a top priority for us. All loan terms—including the Annual Percentage Rate (APR), payment schedule, finance charges, and total repayment amount—are clearly outlined in the loan agreement. We want every customer to fully understand their loan terms before proceeding. Upon acceptance of your loan, a comprehensive agreement was emailed to you for electronic signature, and once completed, a copy was sent back to you for your records.
We’d also like to remind you that you’re not required to keep the loan for its full term. To give our customers more flexibility, we offer repayment options such as:
Early Payoff – You may pay off your loan at any time without prepayment penalties, helping you save significantly on interest.
Additional Principal Payments – You can make extra payments toward your principal balance, reducing total interest and shortening the life of your loan.

The process was fast and funds received the same day. I only took half of the approval amount. Later I decided to increase the amount for up to the approved amount and was advised that an increase was not an option. A little disappointed.

Liked the direct deposit and the speed of it. Signing the document proved troublesome. I could not click on the email link. I signed online and called to confirm. First rep I talked to was professional and helpful. Second rep seemed a bit irritated by my questions. The call dropped twice. I was afraid I had been victim of a hoax. I hope the payment process goes smoother.
