Well I can't t get ahold of them as of yet to confirm a payment t plan dates ect it seems this loan is paid every week not ever month or even every 2 weeks making my interest above 500% a clear heads up would have been nice guess I should have not had such an emergency to get home

It is important to us that our customers understand the terms of the loan, and we apologize that you felt the loan terms were unclear. After you completed the verbal verification, a comprehensive loan document was emailed to you for your electronic signature. This document clearly outlined your payment schedule, amounts due on each date, and associated finance charges based on scheduled payments and the APR.
Additionally, as outlined in the loan agreement, you are never obligated to keep the loan for the entire duration of its term, and – in addition to keeping with your regularly scheduled payment and amounts – there are two (2) additional repayment options available to you. At any point in time, you may (1) pay off the loan early with no prepayment penalties to save on interest, or (2) you may make additional payments toward the principal balance, which will also save on interest and shorten the life of the loan.
A copy of your loan agreement is available to you at any time by logging into your Fast Fund Lending account, and we are here to discuss the terms of your loan and the repayment options with you in more detail. To ensure your privacy, we cannot discuss account details here, but we would like to get the details of your experience so that we can properly escalate your concerns. The reps were very helpful and courteous. The problem I had was the monthly payment. I had gotten a 950 loan, but the monthly payment was way off. I being charged 236 a month on a 950 loan for 9 months. That made no since.

I think the process is redundant. Everything entered on the website has to be confirmed even when I’m a returning customer. Other than that no other complaints.

Helped me not overdraft during a tough moment, and get groceries for the week as well. Customer service is also reasonable. The problem is the interest rate, my APR being 637%, but that's how a loan business gets their money. All the more reason to pay it back much sooner.
