Quick and easy access to get funds when you’re in a pinch… the interest rates are high, as expected, but if you pay it back in a week or two it’s not bad. I wouldn’t use it if I needed more than 2-3 weeks to pay it back because of that…

The process was fast and funds received the same day. I only took half of the approval amount. Later I decided to increase the amount for up to the approved amount and was advised that an increase was not an option. A little disappointed.

Well I can't t get ahold of them as of yet to confirm a payment t plan dates ect it seems this loan is paid every week not ever month or even every 2 weeks making my interest above 500% a clear heads up would have been nice guess I should have not had such an emergency to get home

The interest was astronomically high! Way higher than any other company I got approved for. Told me I was approved for one amount and then lowered it. I canceled my loan less than 24hrs after being approved. Canceled on a Friday took the money back on a Monday and then still charged me the first payment on Friday. Had to call and sit on hold to get my money back. Tried to blame on a system error. Very disappointed

It was a bit of a struggle to get signed up but not due to them. I thought I could get the money because we had bills coming up but didn’t have enough. As soon as the problem was worked out, I had the cash deposited into my account in 2 days!

Liked the direct deposit and the speed of it. Signing the document proved troublesome. I could not click on the email link. I signed online and called to confirm. First rep I talked to was professional and helpful. Second rep seemed a bit irritated by my questions. The call dropped twice. I was afraid I had been victim of a hoax. I hope the payment process goes smoother.

The reps were very helpful and courteous. The problem I had was the monthly payment. I had gotten a 950 loan, but the monthly payment was way off. I being charged 236 a month on a 950 loan for 9 months. That made no since.

Helped me not overdraft during a tough moment, and get groceries for the week as well. Customer service is also reasonable. The problem is the interest rate, my APR being 637%, but that's how a loan business gets their money. All the more reason to pay it back much sooner.

I have applied twice and the money never gets to my account because they insist on dropping the 0 on my checking account. So I am trying to straighten it out. I was on the phone for 45 minutes, they called my bank and then hung up. No help . I am very frustrated. Please help me.
