Kim H., the office manager, was very helpful in many ways. However, she misled me about the percentage of interest on the loan and was extremely slow in getting back to me and answering my questions. When I did get the loan - we had discussed using my car for a larger loan she has not until this very day gotten back in touch with me about the particulars of that loan.

Just shortly after receiving the loan, an incident occurred that affected my income and while there was some miscommunication, the manager took responsibility and accommodated the best he could. They have been understanding and not blowing your phone up with phone calls if you’re one minute late like other lenders. Both manager and assistant manager have provided excellent customer service.

First I want to say thank you for being the best Loan Company here in Albuquerque, sometimes it's easier to have a go to that you can count on rather than dealing with family. When I first needed a temporary loan, I discovered Regional and chose to go with them before any other Company. Daniel and Chasta were very helpful, they helped me right away. After applying online- I got the approval, went in and was out of there within 30 minutes. I've been with them for 7 months or so and have paid them off a few times. There was a time that i got a loan from Check and Go and that was the worst mistake I have ever made. I had some fraudulent issues that took place with my account and Check and Go would not work with me at all. By the time my payment came up, they racked up my charges with interest and the payment i made did not make a difference, I paid them off, switched to Regional and later landed up having death in the family and they simply worked with me without no stress. Did not bother me and repeatedly call me to make a payment like Check and Go. If you ever need a loan, I recommend Daniel, he will go out of his way to make sure you get the best Customer Service and the best treatment along with getting you what you would qualify for.

They add insurance to your loan without telling you. Explaining it. Just sign here. The insurance makes it higher. They do not have the best interest rates. One main on the belt has better rates. Stay away from Missouri regional finance. The girls are lovely and helpful i wish they would’ve explained the insurance. It would turn it down. It is now closed with them but will not return. Everything in the email process confuses my mother

This company will give you that loan, but you will pay back through your nose. The interest rates are as high as the amount of the loan itself. It is a rip off to the community people and they should be ashamed. I have been paying this loan back for at least 3 years and still have not reached the halfway point. Beware of the interest rate and the finance charges. To add insult to injury, they pester you for the payment beginning on the due date. They call repeatedly back-to-back in one day. I had to block the number. Very frustrating and disappointed with this company. I don't know why at the bottom of this box it says Amazing, because that Regional is not!!! More like HORRIBLE LENDER .....

I rate them that way because I recently got a loan with Regional, at 30.2% with a credit score of 703, I feel that rate is to high. Upon cashing the check my bank was highly upset ,and didn't want to accept that loan with Regional, but I did anyway because they have really nice staff. But after this loan I will not come back.

I've had a loan with this company for awhile now and never had an issue until this past April when I called my local branch and asked to do a deferred payment and was told no because I had never been late . I explained that I had been sick with Covid for almost 2 months but kept paying all my bills and at that point had no money left since I had been unable to work. (My payments were on auto draft so I never had to call or go in) so I asked that they stop my auto payments so I would not go into the negative and I would be allowed to do a deferred payment. I was told that was not a problem but a few days later my bank cactus empty almost negative so I called back and was told I would be given back my payment and after almost 3 weeks I finally have my payment put back into my account. However it has caused multiple problems and I've been playing catch up with all my bills and that had made it worse. I let my local branch know that when I had extra money I would make a payment but the calls were nonstop and I was spoken to as if I were a stupid child and told them to stop calling me and I would be in when I had money but I still received multiple calls from different people in the office because apparently the screens were not linked and no one saw where I had said to stop calling me. With that said I still managed to finally make a payment after speaking with the manger who continued to call me. Now I'm refinanced at an even larger amount . I would if I were you make sure that all brancyknow that it's illegal to continue to call people after they've asked them to stop and pretending like it was never said and having someone else call us still illegal. I may even ask for some help from an attorney not sure because it's not right what happened to me when I did what I was supposed to do by making my payments and when I needed help I wasn't given it and put into an even worse situation while trying to recover and care for my kids
