It started off well but now is a big concern. They take longer than other companies. They require ten business days to pay creditors on top of three business days to fund. In my case, the payments to the creditors still haven't been made and they can't explain why. I'm frustrated and upset the confusion this is causing my finances.

Have never felt so frustrated and never spoke with a customer service representative that cared less about their job or the customer. Compassion and understanding should be the hallmark of customer service, even if nothing can be done the customer service rep should show this. The customer service specialist I spoke with was snarky, rude and seemed to take joy in not being able to help.

All was great until the lender put incorrect account number on a check to one of my credit card holders The monies where not applied to my account Pulling my hair out waiting for the lender to correct this I was told it could take 90 days for it to be corrected Terrible customer services re this problem which they created Not able to talk to upper management to help transfer to correct account Getting the run around from each rep when I call for the updates All different stories No Mgr to talk to Wish me luck
