My original contact with this company was great and has been for the last year. However, in the last two months they have been hounding me with calls, emails, and text messages wanting me to refinance my current loan and add more money to a refinanced loan. They say, if I’m interested please call this number. Well…… I’m not interested in a refinance and I’m not interested in making the loan for a greater amount. I have replied to there emails and told them I’m not interested. I have responded to the voicemails they left. They kept calling me so I got tired of there annoying calls. I started blocking the number. However each time I block it they use another number and thus far they have used three different numbers. They. say to call them if interested! Do they not get it, if I were interested I would call them. If I were interested wouldn’t they figure out I would have answered the phone 2 months ago. So unless you want this company to hound you after a year with no end in sight, I would think twice about asking them for a loan. Go somewhere else, buyer beware!!!

Let's just say this is another greedy company that does not want to come down on their interest rates, making your payment options unreachable. My husband and I both had credit scores well above 700 and have never missed or been late on any payments on our credit history and they still made you interest and payments close to $800.00 on a $24,000 loan. All I was trying to do was combined the two personal loans I had, but the payment was still lower on two separate loans vs one loan for the same amount owed on two. I wouldn't recommend them; and as soon as they know they can't help you, they cease contact with you via phone and e*mail you.

Freedom Plus promises to fund your loan in 48 hours according to their advertisement on their website BUT this is not the case for us. We were approved for a debt consolidation loan. The loan officer was okay with communication when the loan was not finalized yet but after the contract was signed and submitted I never heard from him again. Tried to email him a couple of times 3 days after the contract was signed but he never responded again. Not like when he was trying to convince us to accept the loan offer he was giving us. This is frustrating because he promised us that the creditors should get the payment in 3 DAYS but 4 days have past and I have not heard from anyone yet. I even emailed customer support but no response as well. So far, we are NOT satisfied with the services. We regret accepting the loan offer and wished we went somewhere else instead.

I am enrolled in Freedom’s debt consolidation program without any misgivings. I was just offered a loan to pay off the balance of my debt by Freedom. They can only estimate the amount of the loan, the term and interest rate because they don’t know how much each debtor will settle for. So they are asking me to take the loan not knowing what it will cost. What do you think?

Largely unresponsive to email. Also, they can't seem to get both of my loans in the same dashboard. The big concern, though, was I called to move a payment (automatically deducted from my checking account) by a couple of days, which they were happy to do, but after the original payment date passed I received a number of emails about the loan being past due! The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. When I finally talked to customer support about this it was clear that they don't handle this situation properly. I BETTER not end up with anything on my credit report.

Started off well enough. Loan processed quickly & efficiently. They wanted to disperse part of the loan directly to creditors. That got sent to the wrong bank , now I am paying on a loan that I have not received as of yet. I’ve bee waiting over two months for it to sort out. Meanwhile I’ve not received my account number to register online to monitor the account. Just a statement email that I cannot access because I do not know my own account number. They have collected the first two months directly from my bank, with military precision.

I’m not sure what to think ! I just made my 3rd payment and my balance went up and I’m making 2 payments a month ??? I was told that my loan amount which included interest in total Amount of paid on time and I pay extra it won’t change? Now I owe an extra $100 on my loan ! ???? What the heck ! Need to spray to Customer service Monday ! I’m really disappointed, in process of buying a home and now I owe 16,000 and o bordered 14,250 ! So angry

FreedomPlus has the absolute WORST website on the internet! Every time I go to log in to my account, I have to request a password change to get in. I keep getting a Whoops, something went wrong notification when I go in. Also, the site does not show you that your payment is scheduled, and does not allow you to schedule multiple payments. Take note from other credit card and auto loan sites and have your IT Department fix these issues.

Very high APR, hard to make significant progress on the principle of a loan. Plus they tack on high processing fees. The whole point of these programs is supposed to be helping people... not to take three steps backwards to move one step forward. What's wrong with this economy and these supposed financial help companies -they're hurting people more than helping. They do have dilligent customer support but sadly their programs put people in deeper binds.

There was no problem with the customer service who I talked with on the phone. But I definitely think there should be a policy in place which allows customers to make early payments that would be deducted from there scheduled monthly payment. I get paid weekly and it would help me budget if I could put a little on the bill when I have a few dollars to spare and don't want to spend it friviously.

Although setting up the loan was a very simple process, I was told by the loan rep that after paying on time for 6 months, I could rework the loan to obtain a lower interest rate. I have had this loan now for almost 2 years with no response to my inquiries to refinancing to get that lower interest rate and I have not been late for any payment.

It started off well but now is a big concern. They take longer than other companies. They require ten business days to pay creditors on top of three business days to fund. In my case, the payments to the creditors still haven't been made and they can't explain why. I'm frustrated and upset the confusion this is causing my finances.

Same story as with all bill consolidation loan services. Once they have you, they don't want to hear from you again. That's a shame and should not be tolerated. These people are making a fortune off the American consumer. Think hard before taking out a loan from these companies. Look into other options before you commit to years of payments.
