So far so good. The loan process went very smoothly and our phone contact, Jennifer, was a delight to work with. Our percntage 7.49% was about average when I looked at other companies. We were just approved and now are waiting for our funds to be dispersed. We felt that the origination fees are a bit excessive but evened out with our rate.

The website says funds are available 48 hours is a little misleading I am past that point and still waiting. The first contract they sent me had the wrong terms on it. And the length of waiting for approval and the constant asking for more information was annoying. One list of needed info would have made this a smooth transaction. It wasn't a horrible experience but definitely annoying. Fair at best
