Easy process! Application, verification and loan options straight forward and easy to navigate. They offered several payment options and amounts. They did follow up calls to answer any questions. Would give it 5 stars, but I feel like interest was too high- but payment term is reasonable. Overall a great experience.

Very helpful when calling, one of your loan advisors Jill did an excellent job because the drivers license wouldn't go through on the email and suggested text and gave the types of mode for pictures. Best Egg initially turn down my application, I was happy when my application was reconsidered. Although, the loan fee is a little high, it feels good to be debt free from the credit card companies. I also appreciate the quick process and convenience of the payout and monthly payment plan.

easy loan process, this is my second time w. Best Egg. Only thing I do not like is feeling 'forced' to do auto-pmts. I would prefer to set up auto-payment through my back vs. your site, but do not wish to be charged $7.00/month to do so.

Hi Cynthia! You may hold up to two open Best Egg loans at any given time. In order to be eligible for a second Best Egg loan, your existing Best Egg loan must have been open for at least six months and your combined Best Egg loan balances cannot exceed $50,000. Of course, we consider other factors like your payment history with Best Egg to determine if you qualify for an additional loan. We currently do not offer refinancing on existing loans. If you have any other questions, please feel free to give us a call!
