Great experience throughout the life of my loan, until I made my payoff. They make you wait a ridiculous amount of time in the event you over pay... It's been 3 weeks now and still nothing. When I call, I receive a scripted response.

Easy process! Application, verification and loan options straight forward and easy to navigate. They offered several payment options and amounts. They did follow up calls to answer any questions. Would give it 5 stars, but I feel like interest was too high- but payment term is reasonable. Overall a great experience.

Best Egg initially turn down my application, I was happy when my application was reconsidered. Although, the loan fee is a little high, it feels good to be debt free from the credit card companies. I also appreciate the quick process and convenience of the payout and monthly payment plan.
