I was pleased and actually suprised that I was approved for such a loan, the amount I received is extremely helpful in being able to clear out CC's and Dental bills. The only thing that caught me off guard, was after the approval and the process to getting loan begun, I didn't get the full amount I requested or needed, $800+ was deducted from the amount for a processing fee; It would have been nice to have known that up front. Other than that, I am satisfied. I am new to Best Egg, so we will see how the service goes during the pay off period.

One of the best ex[erience in banking and loan processing. I was very skeptical at first however, I cannot believe how fast, simple and easily I got my loan approved with one of the best/lowest rates available. This loan will allow me to save monthly cost by getting rid off my other loan with higher interest rate.

I was drowning in credit cards, trying to make payments, top of payment, sometimes even twice a month but the balances were not coming down, One day, I took a second look at a Best Egg letter and decided to give a try and hit me! This was a very simple, direct process. Nothing hidden--origination fee, interest rate(s) and monthly payment stated prominently. It's not a huge loan, but my credit's not great, so I wasn't sure I'd be approved. But I was, and I'm pleased, because it will help me through a tight spot.

I was funded the very next day. The process was fast & easy no collateral, no appt. no paperwork to go & sign, you don't have to leave the house, your funds are deposited straight in to your account. This is my 2nd time using Best Egg. When all other lenders said no Best Egg said yes.

Your process is virtually easy but I think the verification process using your bank should be updated. You all have a limited list of banking institutions and that is very inconvenient. Your verification process should be updated to use Routing Numbers so the bank would pop up instantly and this would probably eliminate the manual verifications process. Just a suggestion.

Surprisingly, I qualified for more than I thought, although I did not use that capability. The process was amazingly simple and straightforward. Considering my current credit score, the rates were good and considering that I am self employed (no 3rd party income verification), I couldn't be more pleased.

The process was fast and straightforward, the only con that I have is that they do not inform you that there is an origination fee ( fee on top of the interest that you will be paying which is non refundable even paying off the loan early. If you need x amount off dollars you must Hal for more because the pull the origination fee from the amount you have asked for. They do give you different loan options but the don’t tell you about the fee before hand.

So far it has been amazing! The approval process is quite smooth, nothing faxed! How amazing is that! The only thing that I didn’t like is the fact that I called to change the amount and was told if I were to check rates of a different amount that I would be able to get the original offer. Worth mentioning: Customer service followup in a non bothersome manner was greatly appreciated. This rate was higher than previous loan taken from Best Egg - I was unable to find Marlette Funding Underwriter to request lower rate as previous loan. All in All you have a good (modern) approach to lending. Thank you for your assistance with my life adventures!
