The loan process was very easy and all communication was delivered as it was written, funds delivered to my account in a couple of days. I did not have to speak with an individual to get the loan approved due to all details right in front of me on the computer.

I like the convenience of being able to apply online. The application is simple and to the point. Best Egg do not leave you hanging like some loan companies do, they keep you posted as your loan is being process which only takes a short time and you can get your money the same day. Very satisfied with the loan results received the money quickly in my banking account . The only thing I didn’t like you should be able to choose your due date, instead of it coming out the first week of every month like every bill wants to do house payment, phone bil, etc. etc. everybody doesn’t get paid a full months wages on the first week. This is the reason I only gave it a four star instead of at five

I tried signing up on line, but had some computer issues, so I spoke with one of the loan officers who was very informative and gave me all the options available to me. I appreciated having the time to think about whether I wanted to go ahead with the loan and decided to do that after looking at the various options he sent via email.

Easiest loan process I've ever been thru. I'm in my late 50's and I've had a ton of loans in my life. Person banks, credit unions, etc...... Also the quickest I've ever dealt with and did everything they said they was going to do. After I pay this off I'll be back for a car load for my wife.
