I was in the process of an application for an offer I received. The system timed out before I could add my OLB user ID and Pswd. When I logged back in it took me directly to the direct payment section. Where I learned you would MAIL my payment to my creditor. I called your contact center to see if this could be changed as I can send it via my OLB in 24 hours ELECTRONICALLY. Needless to say, your colleague was not able to assist me. She informed me, if she were to modify my loan so the check could be mailed to me, I risk getting a different offer (not as good as the one I have) or I could be declined. I was surprised to hear this considering Best Eggs application disclosure states a direct payment is not required for a loan approval. I asked her if she can check for another option as the sole reason for my call was MAILING a check could be problematic given the current state of the US Postal Service where some people are still receiving Season Greetings cards 6 months after the fact. Unfortunately, the supervisor wasn’t available and the resolution was if it’s not there in 15 days, Best Egg will place a stop pmt on the check and then deposit the funds to MY account. Since there was already a hit to my credit report, I reluctantly accepted the solution. However, in an environment where I interact with many clients, I would be hesitant to recommend Best Egg.

I love that you can do it all on line and upload what you need. They have a live chat if you have questions but honestly it's really easy. I was funded in 24 hours with a great interest rate. Make my life easier and my budget is thankful!!!

Well, I just finished the application process and apparently I’ve been approved for$20,000, if the money actually makes it into my account in the 1-3 business days I was quoted I’ll be amazed at how easy this really was. I’ll be saving a lot of money in interest after I pay off credit cards which is the reason I applied for the loan.

Quick and efficient. Very seamless transaction and helped me save roughly $7k over a 3 year period and lowers my payments. Glad I went with this offer as it beat the competitors by several interest rate percentage points. Would highly recommend looking into this method of consolidation if you receive an offer in the mail.

Fast approval and you get to see of you qualify before you accept a loan. A soft pull is done first to give you a chance to let you know of your approved and once you know you can apply with confidence. Score in the high 630 and I was approved . This company is amazing and there are no hidden gimmicks.

Best Egg is a good company that processed my 36 month personal loan quickly and quite effortlessly. The rate is much higher than expected, and is higher than any of my credit card interest rates, so I plan on paying this off early to save on interest payments. I used the funds to pay off other creditors, and it is more tidy to just have one payment. They seem to care about consumers, and the website is user friendly.

I received a loan invitation by email. I completed the application online which took about 5 minutes. My loan was approved. Best Egg online website is user friendly and easy to negotiate. Loan terms depend on your credit score and credit history.

It was very easy to apply. Once the application was submitted I got a call from a representative, it was nice to have a live agent!! Everyone I spoke to was very kind. The only compliant I have is no one called me to say there was additional information needed after I uploaded all documents I had to call to see why loan status was still pending. Overall we worked it out. The interest rate is so high, and during a pandemic I would think companies would be a little less tight in helping customers.
