Absolutely flawless and painless process. I was able to acquire the funds to TOTALLY wipe out all of my debt and get one lower monthly payment with the ability to pay it off early. The only thing that could have made me happier was a little lower interest rate, but I still will save money over the next 5 years.

I liked the fact that I was made a loan offer with different options- meaning the amount I originally requested and than offers lower and higher so it gave me the ability to decide which loan amount, duration, interest rate, etc., to choose from.

Quick and easy experience with a much better interest rate than my last loan company. I was with the other company for years without late payments and when I tried to refinance they would only offer me about a 1% difference. I got almost 10% lower interest rate with Best Egg without an inquiry added to my credit.

Company makes the application process quick and painless; no confusing fields or required information. Rates are reasonable based on the current market rates; no painful collateral requirements for my credit rating (as with other companies, which is ridiculous!) and allows for early payoff, without negative impact to my credit score!

i used to get annoyed with all the "junk" mail i was getting daily from lenders. But when i finally needed a loan, i was looking online and saw BestEgg, i remembered i had a letter with a pre approval from them. the process is easy and simple. before this, i was at an actual loan office, and that atmosphere is not great. You cant really process anything because you feel like youre wasting their time. I was able to get a better rate anyways with BestEgg. super easy, and now i feel less stressed. Thank you.

Best Egg is the best for loans. I had other options which were very difficult as all the forms had be sent and then there was a glitch. I also have other sources for loans and came right back to BestEgg and there were no hassles and the loan was approved without questions. I would highly recommend them every time.

Everything was great. The only problem I had was communication. The website isn’t clear in the verification process. It says I still needed to be verified and to submit documents as if I hadn’t submitted enough. I did appreciate live chat though. That did help
