Honestly, just no issues. haven't missed a payment ever and everything works the way it should. I don't think I have ever had to call for anything. I do highly suggest you pay more just to knock down the interest but all in all, zero issues. Thank you

Ronaldo who open the application with was excellent very knowledgeable. Jaceya Help me finish processing my application because I wasn’t able to do it online when you put it in a creditor/Loans Your creditors are not in your drop down arrow. Oh so you cannot put cents in the amount ex 230.12. I did have to call five or six times. And it was hard finding my account but as I stated Jaceya Went above and beyond to help me finish my application because Prior to speaking to her. I spoke to two other people Who was not very helpful and when I try to explain what I needed they didn’t care. Jaceya didn’t I apologize for the other two people that wasn’t willing to solve my problem and get my application completed so kudos to Ronaldo and Jaceya. You also should consider changing your app when you putting in creditors and loans instead of having selective creditors and loans just let it be open to whatever the person needs to put in also Also the Amount you have to put in you should be able to put cents in your amount not round it off to the nearest dollar. But thank For having Two wonderful people on your team that cares about your name your company name I didn’t get the second person name I spoke to who was very knowledgeable to help me out after my application was open with Ronaldo. She was also very helpful And telling me step-by-step what I have to do
