You certainly deserve a score lower than 1. There was no zero, that's why I had to select 1. You have very very deceptive advertising about approval odds of a loan. 2. Your rejection letter contains absolutely incorrect information.

I have tried logging in to my account several times. After entering the only email address that I have had for twenty years, the system tells me it doesn't recognize my email and to use the one I used on my application. I have no other email.

Receive at least one invitation and advertisement for pre-approval every single day via mail for at least a year-yet when I applied, I was declined? Save yourself the money sending hundreds of mailers to people you won’t offer credit to, rotten egg!
