I feel it is unfair to disqualify someone from a loan because of a past account with another company. Especially, when the past account was paid in full and the account was always in good standing. All a person needs is a chance!

I'm needing a loan for my 22 year old sons funeral. This is an emergency he died unexpectly. Best Egg said all credit accepted. That's not true. It's based only on what your credit report says or dont say. I work and bring in a good salary. I don't have alot of bills or credit cards.

So, I just retired from teaching in a public school for 32 years. I own a house and have owned many cars over years. Took out student loan for my son to become a pharmacist. * Over 140K. Yet, Best Egg tells me that I have "insufficient credit history". Wow! Glad not to to business with you , if this is your level of competence!

Website attracts applicants with all their personal information, but never advise how long they will keep it. They should delete immediately those denied applicants, there is no reason to hang on to private information that is useless to them, or is it?

You sent me a letter that said I was prequalified for a loan of up to $50000. And when I submitted the application you tell me I’m not eligible. What kind of hypocrisy are you operating on. You are nothing more than a bunch of liars. I’m doubtful if I’ll ever be a costumer with your company
