We had this internet at one of our old apartments and we didn't have too many issues with it. It wasn't the best internet we've ever had but it did the job for what we needed at the time for a reasonable price!

I hate Verizon. in my opinion they are untrustworthy; you enter into an agreement and then they continually sneak in new charges. The communications are atrocious. I have complained to them. Unfortunately I have Verizon Wireless (which I plan to drop after many years of frustration) and Verizon internet. They send communications that I cannot tell of it is internet or wireless/phone service. The Verizon Synchrony credit card is worse. Poor communication, voice mail hell, do NOT answer telephone. Unclear communications for how to redeem points. Online only features that are difficult. "you can only redeem online." No audit trail. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, unless you like a lot of frustration in your life.

I understand the product is good,not sure couldn't get them put my service in for 3months, 1 month in advance of a move, had to go another route, inferior product, better price, service not sure accept initial install no good.

The internet speed is never constant and at the 3rd floor of my home it's almost non-existent. I've even installed an Orbi to extend the internet and it's still very slow. No solution from Verizon and poor quality connection.

We have three TV's ,2 cell phones, Playstation and an Xbox hooked up to our internet. Alot of times even in the house I cut off the wifi because it will say loading or searching for program. It says u can have multiple devices but with just these internet speed is way to slow. I think Xfinity is cheaper and I didn't have so many problems with it.

i have been with Verizon for quite some time. I feel like a hostage because of my verizon email accounts. They make corporate decision in their own interests. The service is over priced. The value for the money is poor. Customer service is mostly inadequate 97 percent of the time. Even technical support gets you inconsistent advice. They send their support overseas to menu driven people who are generally inflexible and sometimes hard to understand. Their branches also provide inconsistent service, from good to very poor. Even speaking to a supervisor does not always help

I had Verizon Fios in the past for bout 6 months the service was great, the price was fair! However, the area where I moved to didn’t support their services. So I had to go with another company in my area.

I kinda sorta liked Fios but they kept going up on my bill I was only getting the internet package no TV service included so I couldn't understand why my bill keeps going up Their customers service is very hard to connect to buy overall the internet was good

I had a Verizon account, when they sold there internet where I lived they gave us 60 days to change our email, I missed the deadline and I couldn’t change my Apple account because they would not send emails to my default account only to verizon

Spotty connection, dropped WiFi connection, dropped calls, lost texts that never reach destinations. I used multiple devices with same effect. When it actually works it’s fast but what good is a race car if it only works a fourth of the time.

Verizon Fios Internet is very high speed when there aren't too many devices using up the bandwidth. I love this internet service. However, I do think it is a little pricey, but I guess it can't be helped.

Well, I don’t like having to pay them to pay my bill. Their billing websites seldom if at all work for me, thus I’m in an “unwanted “ paying situation. These guys need to get people back to work, and fix their Verizon.com pay sites. It don’t work for me!

Internet speed was great and they offered a great deal when we signed up. After scheduled power outage our service didn't back up for a week which was hard for kids doing homework. Customer service wasn't helpful but when we finally got a technician was great.

We've had Fios for years and it's a bit disappointing when your Wifi service doesn't extend throughout your entire townhouse. We have our router placed as central as possible on our middle floor, and we still can't get wifi in our bedroom. Really - is an extender needed for approximately 1800 sqft? Apparently.

Ordered internet service installation. They told me to be home from 5-7pm. I left work early to get home at 430 pm. They never called or showed up. Customer service could not reach the technician or their manager. This is not a way to obtain new business. I’m canceling and going elsewhere.

Customer service is not so great, a lifetime on the phone if you wish to speak with someone. Also their serviceman was in my home , it was raining outside and although he saw other people shoes at the door. He didn't put booties on and he was in and out leave my home dirty

First, the cost is very high. Second, they recently went to an "Unlimited" plan. Unfortunately at 15 GB, the speed drops to near dial-up levels. We normally use between 30 GB and 40 GB per month, so Verizon is no longer a viable Internet provider!

I have never interacted with a company this infuriating and frustrating to deal with. Between employees outright lying to you, promising to call back and never calling, saying they will do something then not doing it I cannot think of a company less appealing to deal with. I have had better experiences with the DMV and IRS.

We have been with Verizon for over 20 years. We mover to East Texas 2007. We have horrible service out In our area. I have talked to Verizon many times. The reason they give me is we need more towers but it's an expense to them they are not willing to make even though they are the only service we can get..we had to get back up internet from another company to use our devices. We go outside to answer or make phone calls. We would change in a minute if another company could give us quality service.

The speeds are not as advertised. 1Gbps connection gets 500Mbps max. Customer support is not great in resolving issues. The routers provided are also not great for the price being charged. Overall I wouldn’t recommend fios
