The aligners are great. Customer service however kills the entire experience with this company. They can't find my account, even after I give them all of my information. They have deleted my account multiple times, making me have to call and wait over 30 minutes for them to recover it than they say it was never deleted. And when you refer a friend to help them save money on their aligners, Smile Direct never sends you the gift cards they promise. Such a waste of time.

Because when I met with my Dentist, he told me that my teeth were too small to get the results I was looking to get with SDC so it really made me feel like SDC just took my money instead of being honest and admitting I wasn't a great candidate for it.

I'm on the fence with the service I had a few issues it seemed as if all my aligners where off my smile isn't completely fixed it left one of my front text crooked customer service never got back to me still to this day. I also still don't have any instructions on how to properly use the whiting kit. Very poor customer service

I had numerous issues from the aligners causing opened areas on my gums to not getting replacements in a timely fashion that is not getting them for 4 weeks. I took the initiative to after I didn't get it for 2 weeks to go to the next level. Whenever I got the replacement it was for week one. I was at week 8! i had to trim every aligner with my my nail scissors to keep them from cutting my gums. I ordered a retainer to keep my teeth in place and I haven't received that yet. I completed the treatment in Janurary,

We sometimes may suggest trimming and filing the aligners in certain areas that cause more discomfort than others. I received my retainers late, and when I received them they did not fit. Not to mention my bottom teeth did not straighten so I went to have my teeth scanned again, and when I received the new alligners they didn't fit at all. So I should be done with my treatment but it wii probably take another 3 months due to inaccurate alligners.

I went to my dentist and they are now referring me to an orthodontist because my teeth are not perfectly strait and have more to go. I went through all the trays and my teeth are not straight like was promised. They moved but are not straight. Wearing the retainer everyday now and still I don't have the desired straight teeth promised. I wore the trays 14 hours a day.
