I was supposed to have completed treatment at the end of 10/2021. It's 6/3/2022 and I'm 5 aligners in to my "refinement" aligners because most of the original aligners had a gap on one of my upper teeth and didn't straighten my teeth right the first time around. I'm hoping to be finished with my treatment by the end of this year. Hopefully. Their customer service has gotten worse the last few months. I emailed them yesterday morning about a brand new aligner I put in yesterday with a split in it and am going on about 36 hours of not hearing from them yet. The refinement aligners have a chemical taste and smell to them that thankfully goes away after about a day of gargling with mouthwash. I wish I hadn't trusted my teeth with Byte and had gone with another company.
