Norton Life Lock is a very efficient Company. I like the rapid response to any percieved threat against my finances. Whether I am buying a car or applying for a credit card or if they notice unusual activity they notify me immediately so that I have an opportunity to prevent any damage to my finances. Thanks Life Lock for protecting me.

My family got Norton & suggested I give it a try so I did... They were forever asking me if I spent this & ordered that it was so much that I stopped caring when I heard from them so I decided Norton wasn't for me & found another company that was a better fit.

I have been an Experian Customer for at least four years, probably longer, and have been very pleased overall. I have found the customer service to be very good, they were great when I notified them of my wife's passing. I especially like being able to lock my credit file, and it actually is locked. I have forgotten to unlock it a couple of times when applying for a loan so I know it actually works. The monthly fee is worth it for the peace of mind it provides me.

I received an offer to enroll in a free one year membership due to a security breach, but the activation code DOESN'T work! I tried entering it both lower and upper case, but always got an error. What's the point of the complimentary identity theft membership if you send invalid codes!
