Norton Life Lock is a very efficient Company. I like the rapid response to any percieved threat against my finances. Whether I am buying a car or applying for a credit card or if they notice unusual activity they notify me immediately so that I have an opportunity to prevent any damage to my finances. Thanks Life Lock for protecting me.

My family got Norton & suggested I give it a try so I did... They were forever asking me if I spent this & ordered that it was so much that I stopped caring when I heard from them so I decided Norton wasn't for me & found another company that was a better fit.

I have been an Experian Customer for at least four years, probably longer, and have been very pleased overall. I have found the customer service to be very good, they were great when I notified them of my wife's passing. I especially like being able to lock my credit file, and it actually is locked. I have forgotten to unlock it a couple of times when applying for a loan so I know it actually works. The monthly fee is worth it for the peace of mind it provides me.

I received an offer to enroll in a free one year membership due to a security breach, but the activation code DOESN'T work! I tried entering it both lower and upper case, but always got an error. What's the point of the complimentary identity theft membership if you send invalid codes!
The Final Word
In addition to common identity theft protection services, Experian offers customers CreditLock, a feature that gives customers the ability to unlock and lock their Experian credit file. Additionally, Experian gives customers up to $1 million in identity theft insurance and has quite a bit to offer in regard to credit scores. With Experian IdentityWorks, customers can have access to a FICO score simulator, score tracking tools, additional FICO scores, and more.
LifeLock has a Million Dollar Protection Package that customers can use for stolen funds reimbursement, personal expense compensations, and lawyer/expert coverage. With LifeLock, customers can obtain 24/7 support, several device security benefits such as PC Cloud backup, virus protection, parental controls, and more. LifeLock also provides customers with advanced Norton technology.
Overall, both Experian and LifeLock provide highly rated identity protection services. Although LifeLock does offer more in terms of device security, technology, and monitoring services, both companies are worth considering if you are searching for identity theft protection services.
