Identity Guard is by far my favorite theft protection tool. They constantly monitor to make sure my information is safe, have a great stolen funds reimbursement, and have specialists that have always been able to help me if I have any questions. I could not be happier.

I used Identity Guard for many years and was pretty happy with it. Then they updated both the app and their web interface to a very clunky system and removed certain functions, such as the credit analyzer tool. I cancelled and switched to a competitor. Such a shame, as the old interface and app were very useful.

Norton Life Lock is a very efficient Company. I like the rapid response to any percieved threat against my finances. Whether I am buying a car or applying for a credit card or if they notice unusual activity they notify me immediately so that I have an opportunity to prevent any damage to my finances. My family got Norton & suggested I give it a try so I did... They were forever asking me if I spent this & ordered that it was so much that I stopped caring when I heard from them so I decided Norton wasn't for me & found another company that was a better fit.
