I do not think I get much for my money. The representatives answering the phone cannot tell me anything as to what they do. I am not valued at IDshield. When I voice my concern after being a customer for more than 7 years, they were will to deactivate my service. There was no effort to keep me as a customer. I will continue to hunt for another program that will give me more services.

Norton Life Lock is a very efficient Company. I like the rapid response to any percieved threat against my finances. Whether I am buying a car or applying for a credit card or if they notice unusual activity they notify me immediately so that I have an opportunity to prevent any damage to my finances. My identity was stolen while using Lifelock. They called me after the person opened up a large account in my name. Life Lock sat on their behind the whole day and told me that they will take care of it first thing tomorrow.
