I lost my wallet and my money. I called the fraud investigators they immediately closed my credit cards, made sure my identity wasn’t stolen, and I was restored without have any fraudulent occurrences. They also notified all three credit bureaus without me calling anyone. My panic went from worrying to piece of mind instantly.

We have had ID shield for years and the one time we try to use them they pretty much told us that our payments that we made an account for nothing I don’t think they’re very good credible company. Not good for the money that we paid.

I use LifeLock Identity theft protection, My mother had her identity stolen years ago and she wishes that she had something like this so I make sure to carry it. LifeLock's agents were helpful in helping me decide how much coverage I needed based on my risk so that I didn't overpay for insurance

My VPN stopped working. the agent couldn't fix it so they put me on hold for 2 FRICKING HOURS then some foreign speaking guy tells me the servers are down to call back in 2 hours. This SUCKS! I had to wait 2 hours to be told to call back????? Whata messed up "Service" Center
