Frigidaire

Frigidaire refused warranty of failed design. I bought a freezer for $1000, and after 3 months it failed to maintain cooling in the upper levels of the freezer. I went through 8 warranty visits over the course of 1 year, with the freezer working for roughly 5 of those 12 months. Every time the evaporator fan would fail. After 12 months of doing fighting with me on technical visits and refusing to replace the freezer, they told me that any further support was no longer in warranty and I would have to pay. I later redesigned the freezer evaporator fan with my 3D printer, you can search for it on printables, and it has been working since. Undoubtedly the absolute worst experience I've had with an appliance company, and will never work with Frigidaire again.
